🌟 Why I Created Learning Jam Club

I created Learning Jam Club because I needed a universe where I could just be.

A space to experiment.
To try weird ideas.
To design learning that’s more “me” and less “template.”
Not boxed into the L&D mould of how things should be done — but free to play, question, remix and make magic.

My whole career has been one big experiment.
Not because I had a perfect plan, but because I have a neurospicy, sparkly brain that zooms in and out, sees systems and stories, and thrives in creativity.
I’ve always loved learning. And I love designing learning that helps other people learn.
That’s the spark for me — always.

Learning Jam Club was born from that spark.
It’s a space for creative learning humans (like you) to explore what works for you — to build a toolkit that feels right, not just “best practice.”

Because there’s no one way to be a learning geek.
You might be a coordinator, a manager, a consultant, an ID, an eLearning dev, a facilitator — or none of those things.
But you’re here because you care about the experience of learning.
You’re here because you want to make it better.

And that’s what we’re doing inside Learning Jam Club.

We’re playing, prototyping, pushing the boundaries.
We’re making space for our multi-passionate, ideas-everywhere brains.
We’re learning out loud.
And we’re doing it together. 💫
